57th Annual Sailfish and Marlin Tournament June-21-25-2017
This is always a great fishing tournament because it normally will start the Marlin Season in Puerto Vallarta. Last year captain Cesar won 1st place Marlin with a 543 lb Blue Marlin. (See in photo below). There is 4 categories Marlin , Sailfish, Mahi mahi, and Yellowfin Tuna. 50-60 boats normally has enter the tournament. Grand prize for Marlin and Sailfish are brand new cars. PV Sportfishing Charter captain Cesar Perez and Steve Torres hold 1st and 2nd place Marlin tournament records captain Steve won in 2011 with a 517 Marlin and Captain Cesar last year with a 543 lb Marlin see both videos below.
