San Blas Marlin and Sailfish Tournament report.
Another great Tournament last weekend. Congratulations to all the winners and participants in the fishing tournament this year. This was the 58 Annual Marlin and Sailfish tournament. 1st place Marlin was caught by team Oscars and weighed in at a 366 lbs. 2nd place Sailfish was caught on the fishstorie and weighed 76 lbs. A qualifying Dorado was not caught. This is always a great fishing tournament right at the beginning of the Billfish season and just down the north coast from home Puerto Vallarta.

Went out on Scooby's Panga... caught 2 big Marlin... 1 at 250 lbs the other over 500 lbs. these guys worked hard for us to catch those big fish. Can't say enough good things about Scooby and his crew.

Puerto Vallarta fishing report November huge Black Marlin
The team aboard the Animal house caught a huge Black Marlin yesterday fishing offshore Puerto Vallarta at La Corbetena. They caught Black Marlin while trolling on a 12 hour fishing charter. The Marlin was estimated at 500 lbs + which is great because we have our 62 annual Sailfish and Marlin fishing Tournament coming up on the 15th and from the looks of this beast it's going to be a great fishing tournament this year.
