Captain Cesar Perez wins 2nd Place Marlin at the 62 Annual Sailfish and Marlin Tournament November 18 2017 in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Captain Cesar also won 2nd place Marlin last Month at the Marlin and Tuna Tournament with a 371 lb Marlin on the 20th of October. Congratulations to all the participants and winners at this years fishing tournament.
